OUR URBAN HAVEN

Urban Wellness is nestled in the historic Hart's Mill precinct in Port Adelaide, a character-filled waterfront location where a vintage office building has been lovingly transformed into a place of healing and connection. A space to work, share, dream and foster ideas.

We are a coworking hub and workshop space for wellness practitioners, a haven to cultivate friendships and network with like-minded people. People who are passionate about small business, what they do and create, and are supportive of other small local enterprises.

VENUE / workspace hire

At Urban Wellness we offer three unique work areas for casual hire purposely designed for 1:1 client appointments, group work or workshops. Room hire is available by the hour, half or full day, and bookings are managed via an online calendar system where you schedule in your own time that works for you.

THE LOUNGE ROOM

Our multi-use workspace is perfectly designed for private 1:1 appointments, co-working and small groups. It’s got the comfortable and welcoming vibe of home away from home! Tranquil and inviting.
